Go Luoyang By Train

Two main national railways, Long-Hai(Lianyungang-Lanzhou) Line and the Jiao-Zhi(Jiaozuo-Zhicheng) Line meet in Luoyang, providing easy access to the city. Long-Hai Railway winds across China from east to west, while Jiao-Zhi Railway connects most cities of Henan Province and Hubei Province.

Meanwhile, Luoyang is an important transfer station of the Eurasia Land Bridge from Lianyungang, China to Rotterdam, Holland, making goods transit more convenient from Middle Asia and from Eastern and Middle Europe to China.

At present, Luoyang has two main railway stations, Luoyang Railway Station and Luoyang Longmen Railway Station. The former is located on Daonan Road in the northern part. Luoyang East Railway Station(Longmen Railway Station) is situated on the Datong Road in Chanhe District.

Trains operating along the Long-Hai and Jiao-Zhi Railways pass these two stations, extending to many other cities in China including Beijing, Shanghai, Xian, Zhengzhou, Yinchuan, Lanzhou and Urumqi.
