China Travel Answers

I have booked through China travel Depot already following flight tickets

Flight Shanghai – Guilin (29.10.2018)
- For this reservation I have an E-ticket confirmation (E-ticket confirmation from ChinaTravelDepot(Booking No.CTD18090815350037))
- However I did not receive the actual E-Ticket

Flight Kunming – Beijing (08.11.2018) (CTD18090816100042)
- For this reservation I have received the payment confirmation and status "under processing”
- However now one week later I still did not receive:
o the E-ticket confirmation
o the actual E-ticket

Can you check this out?
