Hotel Reservation: Hello, I was wondering if your hotel has a cancellation or refund policy once I book my room?

Thanks for your enquiry with us. After you book a hotel with us, we will send you a confirmation letter with cancellation and change policy. It will depend on what types of booking you have chosen, pay at hotel or prepaid, Guaranteed bookings or not. Different options have different policy.
