Booking through Viator - Confirmaiton of pick-up time/location (201801-67V181)

I have booked the Jinshanling Great Wall Morning Hiking Tour through Viator (confirmation 201801-67V181, booking reference BR-638270181) for Monday January 15, 2018. I have not yet received confirmation of the pickup location or time. Can you please provide this?
