My traveling date is Dec 21~Dec25, 2017.
However, today (Dec 18,2017) I got an email from your company about the verification for the ticket.
May I ask why I need to verify the tickets?
Because I had paid Sep 30,2017 via Credit Card. Is it not successfully paid?
I would like to know the reason why I need to submit Credit Card copy and passport copy because I am the one of passengers who booked the flight.
I need to start traveling on Dec 21 whose date is very soon that is what it is so urgent and important to me.
Would you let me know why I need to submit the copies?
Please kindly help me understand and reply as earlier as possible.
