My Visa Card and my Cancelled Reservation

Dear Agent.
I reserved an economic lass ticket (CTD17102000570010) from CAN to SJW on 2017/10/20 and money withdrawn by china travel depot from my card account. NO confirmation arrived to me and my reservation is cancelled from your side.
For the safety of my business, in the next day I made another direct reservation on the same flight directly from China Southern Airlines. I didn't get my online money back from your site till now. what have I to do to get my money back as you who cancelled my reservation without any evident cause for me.
