If you have availability, please let us know the following:
1) Do you have any special/negotiated rate for Areva Company, if not, can you mention the rack rate;
2) Is breakfast included in the rate, if not, can you mention the price;
3) Are there other taxes (e.g. City tax etc.);
4) Please describe your cancelation policy;
