Question about transportation from airport

I have booked a room in your hotel throw Venere.co, booking No 8042994436285. September 26-30. I arrive from Bangkok by a plane at 16:35. So I wanted to ask do you provide transfer from airport to the hotel (I saw such information in website) and if not, how I could reach your hotel using public transportation?
