Trip to Tibet: At this moment my husband and I live in Shanghai. Coming week we will have visitors (a couple) from the Netherlands. The 4 of us would like to make a trip to Tibet. Is that possible?

According to the latest rule: there should be at least 4-5 persons of the same countries before the permit could be issued.
